Helping families affected by Hurricane Ian

As you know, South Florida where TØY is based, has recently been hit by Hurricane Ian, which has caused a lot of damage, especially on the West Coast of the state. Due to the path the hurricane ultimately took, TØY offices and operations weren't affected, however people in cities like Naples and Ft Myers weren't as fortunate as us, and our hearts break for them.

It is our desire and responsibility to help the affected families in the best way we can, so after much research of non-profit organizations we have decided to support a local one called Global Empowerment Mission (GEM). They are working hard and around the clock to bring much needed aid from their base in Doral to impacted cities like Ft. Myers, Naples and surrounding areas.

"GEM BStrong has been on the ground in Florida’s west coast since day one of Hurricane Ian’s landfall. We are giving our donors and supporters an overview of our methods and systems for this devastating tragedy. Our Global Headquarters are based just 2.5 hours away from the region. This gives us a tremendous advantage to supply continuous aid flow to the entire affected areas."

As part of our commitment to help families in need, TØY has donated 100 of our organic baby clothes which, through GEM, will be distributed directly to the affected families. 

We are also committed to donate 5% of our sales, not just profits, in the month of October to support the great work that GEM is doing.
